নাগরিকত্ব সংশোধনী বিল ২০১৯ : সুপ্রিম কোর্টে বিলের বিরুদ্ধে আবেদন
লোকসভায় বিপুল সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠতার সঙ্গে পাশ করার পরে এবার সংসদের উচ্চকক্ষ রাজ্যসভায় পাশ হতে চলেছে নাগরিকত্ব সংশোধনী বিল ২০১৯। লোকসভায় নিজেদের সংখ্যার জোরে খুব সহজেই বিল পাশ করাতে সমর্ছ হয়েছে কেন্দ্রের নরেন্দ্র মোদী সরকার। তবে চ্যালেঞ্জ রয়েছে রাজ্যসভায়। কারণ এখানে বিজেপির সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠকা নেই। প্রয়োজন অন্য দলের সাহায্যের। এই অবস্থায় কতটা চ্যালেঞ্জের মুখে পড়তে হয় বিল পাশ করাতে সেটাই এখন দেখার।
